A visit to Decorex reveals the hot trends
There were hundreds of new designers with thousands of new ideas and techniques. Here’s what we gleaned about the best of them from the heady heights of the VIP suite.
This year married artisan craft techniques with cutting edge technology, with designers using 3D printers and more to produce dazzling art pieces that would be equally at home in your ultra-chic home or in an avant garde gallery.
Gorgeous organics and fantasy flowers.
A theme of playful extravagance displayed eclectic combinations of pattern, design and colour.
These extravagant chandeliers wouldn’t look out of place on a Star Wars set.

Decorex 2015
We took ourselves off to Syon Park (Kew Gardens’ West London next door neighbour) this week. Once again it was the lovely alfresco venue for Decorex – one of the trade’s most important events of the year.
